The building process consists of many steps, which we discuss in detail during our first meeting with you. We feel it is important to outline the procedures we implement. This makes us stand out amongst other builders.
Our Process
BUILDING CONSULTATION
Building a new home is a big commitment, something we completely understand. We offer friendly and helpful advice; you won’t find any pushy sales people or be made an offer that “won’t last.” Our aim is to offer valuable customer service so you immediately feel comfortable and confident in us and our homes. Trust is the foundation of any good relationship – we aim to foster trust in all we do.
Design
When designing a home, we don’t look at it as a series of rooms and spaces – we look at the people who will inhabit the space. We take the time to understand your needs and the needs of your family and create a design based upon those requirements. We then go over these plans with you in detail to ensure everything is exactly as you need it. Our Senior Designer will inspect your site to fully understand the surroundings and how best to design the home taking into account your requirements.
Selection
At Domination Homes, we go through an extensive selection process where you will decide exactly what is to be included in your home. Our state-of-the-art showroom is a playground for adults – you will be able to choose from a range of high quality fittings and finishes to create the home you have always dreamed of. Perfecting your home is important to us, so at any time during this selection process we welcome ideas and suggestions of new and innovative products. Check out our showroom here.
Contracts
Unlike many other home builders in Perth , we take a unique approach to the building process. A smaller fee is asked for upfront to cover the cost of finalising plans and an addenda. Once both parties have agreed on the final product, a contract is signed and deposit paid which represents a percentage of the final contract. We believe our process is fairer for our clients and better suited to building a custom home, where the design and prestart selections can vary and dramatically affect the price of the home. Our clients know the full costs of their new home in advance, so there are no surprises or budget overruns. We want you to be comfortable at every stage of the building process.
Building
If a problem does arise during the building process we deal with it immediately, in a professional and up-front manner. We don’t make any excuses – we simply take it down and do the work again. This way you can be assured of the quality of the home we are building.
Contractors
We hand pick each of our tradespeople for their experience, commitment and the quality of their work. Customers often comment that each time they visit the site, not only were the tradespeople friendly, but they offered helpful and knowledgeable advice.
Support
A dedicated Client Liaison Officer will be available to offer you support along the way. You will be kept up to date on the progress of your home. Our hands-on Company Directors are also present at each step along the way, from initial sales to the slab being laid, right through to a final inspection before the keys are handed over. It is this dedicated support throughout the entire process that demonstrates our commitment to provide customers with quality service.
