The Imperial is a representation of the history of Domination Homes and a celebration of Perth’s residential trends.

The façade uses a brick bond no longer as common in Perth, the stack bond. It Creates beautiful leading lines to the roof of the home, adding splashes of red to the exterior. A unique horizontal fixed louver allows light to enter the front of the home during winter and is angled to block the harsh summer sun. This increases the amount of natural light the home can receive while prioritising user comfort.
