  • A Site Survey is required to be completed on your property prior to the Complimentary Consultation, Carrisa Pty Ltd T/A Domination Homes can price this on application if required.
  • The Service as outlined on this web page will extend between 1-2 hours with our Principle Designer and Representative of Carrisa Pty Ltd T/A Domination Homes. This Consultation is carried out to understand the requirements of your home’s design and to work with the Client (you) on the layout of your design.
  • All Design Packages provided by Carrisa Pty Ltd T/A Domination Homes are credited on the overall cost of your home when the Client (you) has signed the Building Contract.
