The Ashen is a functional family home, designed to maximise land use and provides clients with the largest possible home given a 9m frontage. Through intelligent space saving techniques, the design team were able to include luxuries such as a scullery without compromising on ample family space.

The home has a large open plan living area, maximising kitchen usage through compact design to ensure kids can still have fun cooking together. Outside, a large alfresco is the perfect place to host a barbeque with friends and enjoy some quality time as a family.
