The Sediment celebrates unique finishes and craftsmanship offered by Australian trades. Distinct on the home’s façade is plaster carved to look like stone using a technique known as scagliola. This unique feature connects visually with the accent bricks leading along the property’s drive, helping to support the aesthetics of the facade.

Internally, finishes have been selected to give the home a unique identity, ensuring its design remains timeless. The kitchen’s unique colour scheme compliments its exterior, with feature timber-look battens to add an interesting element to the island bench. The home has a large open-plan living area, offering incredible flexibility and comfort.

The alfresco invites living to move outside, perfect for entertaining guests or enjoying the backyard as a family. Wooden cladding within the ceiling of the alfresco is a luxurious touch that ties the outdoors in with the rest of the home.

Each bedroom is large, with the master bedroom featuring a generous walk-in-robe and ensuite. The showers are large, and alongside the double vanity, the ensuite is the perfect place to unwind and refresh after a busy day.

For the children, the bathroom includes an inset bath, making wash time easy. With a doorless shower and ambiently lit vanity, the bathroom allows the kids to experience luxury at home.

The laundry is spacious and beautifully finished with a wall of feature tiling and timeless wood finish cabinetry.
