Integrating luxury with intelligent design, the Viking is intentionally catered to the needs of the client. The Domination Homes design team have ensured the client’s needs have been met whilst providing a quality home that can stay in their family for years to come. In order to meet their client’s needs, unique features such as a cool room and prayer room have been carefully integrated into the design. Formal dining and lounge spaces have also been included at the client’s request, ensuring the design perfectly caters to them and their lifestyle.

The ground floor has been designed to entertain visiting guests without the need for them to move upstairs. Guests have their own suite, complete with an ensuite and walk in robe, allowing for complete comfort when visiting the home. Entertainment is made simple in the large open plan living area. This extends to an alfresco area with a large outdoor dining area with an in-built bar and barbeque.

Upstairs, each bedroom has access to its own large ensuite, ensuring privacy for every resident. The master suite features a large his and hers walk in robe, with its spacious ensuite made complete by a cosy make-up niche. The upper floor is tied together by a stunning sitting room with balcony access.
